Karl A. Zimmerman - President/Chief Executive Officer

Karl is the founder of NoZone, now NoZone, Inc. - the parent company of Steadfast Networks, having been with it since its beginning as a small web hosting company back in 1998. While attending Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, he grew the company into a high quality multi-million dollar dedicated server and colocation company which utilizes its own network infrasructure and data center facilites. Karl has served as the CEO of NoZone, Inc. since it was incorporated in October of 2000.

Kevin M. Stange - Chief Technology Officer

Kevin has been with NoZone, Inc. since 2000 and holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Clarkson University. Kevin has lead the company's SimGames.net hosting project since joining the staff and has also served as a senior server engineer. His strong background in technical communications, as well as Linux, Apache, and other web technologies has allowed him to perform a variety of functions for the company, such as server administration, application development, technical support, and web design.

David J. Carter - Chief Financial Officer

David comes to NoZone, Inc. with decades of accounting and fincancial experience at various companies and levels. This experience involves time at one of the "Big 8" accounting firms, Arthur Young & Company, as a Senior Auditor, as a Corporate Controller at Cade Industries, Inc. and United States Leather, Inc., and most recently as the President and CEO of Beihoff Music Corp. David has a BBA in accounting from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
